Social Impacts of Technology in the 21st Century
Dr. Keating is the Director of the Science, Technology & Society (STS) program and is a professor of Anthropology at The University of Texas at Austin.
Because of Dr. Keatings' research interests she created the STS program. The program is an interdisciplinary concentration in the College of Liberal Arts and explores the social impacts of rapid scientific and technological change.
