Harold Ingersoll is a partner at Atchley & Associates, LLP. Harold has more than 30 years of leadership experience in consulting, public accounting and the U.S. Air Force. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Texas State University. Prior to becoming a partner at Atchley & Associates, LLP in 2005, Harold managed his own accounting practice and later merging with Faske Lay & Co., LLP as a partner. Harold is retired from the Air Force and the Air Force Reserves. Harold centralizes his practice in mergers and acquisitions, business valuations, litigation support, expert witness consulting and forensic accounting. He has extensive expertise in these practice areas in addition to succession planning, taxation, attestation, and general business consulting. As the managing partner of the consulting services group, he has the ability to evaluate and explain complex business transactions as well as see them through to success.

Kirk Cesari is an Intellectual Property attorney in Austin, Texas with about 20 years of experience. He has held positions as in-house counsel at multiple companies, senior attorney at multiple law firms, and was the founder of his own firm in 2010. Recently, in 2019, he joined Setter Roche LLP as partner to open an Austin based office, helping expand the growing IP firm from Denver. He has a background in electrical engineering, has founded a few startup companies, and has always been intrigued by the intersection of technology, law, and business. His practice mainly involves counseling clients on IP strategy, IP licensing and contracts, patent filings, and trademark filings. His work has exposed him to numerous technology areas, including digital communications, data storage, data networks, processors, semiconductors, many types of software, medical devices, power systems, IoT devices, and artificial intelligence, to name a few. Supporting the Austin Forum aligns with his goal to provide Intellectual Property education to the community to share the knowledge he has acquired over the years. He is also the executive producer of the #1 rated indie movie about patent trolls filmed in Austin! (assuming there are no others, defaults to #1). He is admitted to practice in Texas, Minnesota, and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Ashley Stroud Phillips is currently the Managing Partner for Impact Hub Austin. Ashley is responsible for providing strategic guidance and direction while managing daily operations to ensure that the company achieves its financial vision, mission and long term goals. This includes managing lead staff in all departments from accounting, to sales, client services and communications. She manage the company’s key stakeholder relationships and build strategic partnerships with these stakeholders to drive both our financial bottom line and community impact.

Josh Baer

Joshua Baer helps people quit their jobs and become entrepreneurs at Capital Factory, Austin's largest coworking space and most active investment fund. Josh founded his first startup in 1996 in his college dormitory at Carnegie Mellon University and now teaches a class at the University of Texas for student entrepreneurs. He was recently recognized as a Henry Crown Fellow and Braddock Scholar at the Aspen Institute, a member of the National Committee on US-China Relations Young Leaders Forum, and an Eisenhower Fellow. He represents Austin internationally as a Henry Crown Fellow at the Aspen Institute, a member of the National Committee on US-China Relations Young Leaders Forum, and an Eisenhower Fellow. Josh has lived in Austin with his wife Amy and three children since 1999.

Jill Murphy

Jill Murphy is an Assistant Special Agent in Charge of the FBI Baltimore Field Office. Prior to that assignment, Jill was overseeing national security investigations in the Austin FBI Office. Jill has worked for the FBI in various jobs, to include at the National Security Council and in the San Francisco FBI Office. She has worked national security and organized crime matters. In these positions, she was able to travel to places like Iraq, Indonesia, Algeria, Africa, and Yemen to work on issues such as law enforcement capacity building and counterterrorism. Prior to joining the FBI, Jill served as a law enforcement officer with the Raleigh Police Department in North Carolina.
