Welcome LeAnne Reed, and many thanks to Derek Castillo

We are pleased to welcome LeAnne Reed as the new manager director of the Austin Forum on Technology & Society! LeAnne is a longtime professional in computing, with her most recent professional experience in technology being at Dell Technologies as a product manager. LeAnne brings tremendous project management and organizational expertise that will help us improve our execution, develop new programs, and grow our community size and reach. We are beyond excited to have LeAnne joining the team, and I look forward to working with her again after our time at Dell. While we are excited to have LeAnne join the team, we will greatly miss Derek Castillo—but wish him well!—as he transitions out of the Austin Forum’s managing director role to focus on his full-time role at Hand Up Texas. Derek is a long-time friend and has been a key contributor to the Austin Forum, and we expect we’ll still see him at event as a member of our great community. Thank you, Derek!
